1. General

Book My Tempoo provides Tempo Traveller rental services across India. Our goal is to make travel safe, comfortable, and convenient for individuals, families, and groups.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made through WhatsApp or by calling +91 72918 07229.

• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team.

• Please provide accurate details such as pickup location, destination, date, and number of passengers.

• Prices are subject to change depending on travel distance, route, and vehicle availability.

3. Payments

• We accept all types of payments — online transfer, UPI, card, or cash.

• A booking advance may be required to secure your vehicle.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before or at the time of travel.

• Any additional charges for tolls, parking, or state permits will be borne by the customer unless otherwise mentioned.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).

• Last-minute cancellations or “no-show” cases are non-refundable.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure proper conduct during the journey.

• Damage to the vehicle or loss of company property due to negligence will be chargeable.

• Our drivers are trained professionals — any form of harassment, intoxication, or misconduct towards them will not be tolerated.

6. Delays and Liability

• Book My Tempoo will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or any circumstances beyond our control.

• We make every effort to ensure timely service, but travel times are approximate and may vary.

7. Vehicle Use

• Tempo Travellers are booked for specific routes and durations.

• Extra kilometers or hours beyond the agreed limit will attract additional charges.

• Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

8. Privacy

Your personal details shared during booking (like name, number, and trip details) are kept confidential and used only for communication and service purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
